Local pick up

If you live in the Orange area local pickup can be arranged. Please email me the details of the item you would like to purchase and a contact number. I will contact you and arrange a local pick up.

How long does my order take to ship?

We will endeavour to despatch your order within 7 days, however from time to time there will be items that are out of stock due to higher than normal demand. Special order items can take up to 2 - 3 weeks to make due to the time needed to produce. Springside Glass will contact you if there is going to be a significant wait time for your item.

We reserve the right to change or update product information and pricing at any time. Items will also be removed from the shop if stock becomes unavailable or discontinued.


We take every care when packing your order to protect it during transit so it arrives at your door in perfect condition. Should any item be damaged in transit then please contact us by email within 24 hours.

The prices listed do not include freight.
For WA and remote areas please allow additional time.
We charge a flat rate of $10.00 per order.


Payment for your order can be made by Paypal either by an account or as a guest using a credit card. This ensures your credit card details have secure.

Returns

Springside Glass is dedicated to customer service and satisfaction.
All return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please note Springside Glass does not offer exchange or return of product for change of mind so please shop mindfully.
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a credit.
We do not offer refunds or credits on personalised or special order products.
All products must be in the original condition and due to the nature of products being fragile please take extra care with packaging for the return freight as we won’t be able to accept a damaged product.

If you wish to return an item please contact Springside Glass and details of where to send the item will be provided. Send the item back using your preferred shipping carrier. This is at your expense.


We recommend choosing a service that is trackable.
Once we have received your return, we will process your credit note.
